Oh, and the windows are the best looking, best designed and best quality windows we saw; and we researched a lot of windows.

We had a great experience with Dylan in our home. He was very informative and provided answers to all our questions. He also provided many industry insights that we were not aware of. Apex offers a high quality product at reasonable pricing and will take the time and patience to explain everything you need to make the right buying decision without the high pressure close you may get with other companies. My experience with Apex has been far from perfect. On 9/8/2025 I signed my contract to replace 30+ windows and 2 doors. It took 6 weeks from that point to complete the measurement and approve the grid pattern. Durning this time we were in the midst of a kitchen addition/remodel and were in need of 8 windows for this area. Long story short, we had so many issues trying to get the windows ordered and when they finally came in, all of my kitchen windows were wrong as well as 4 others and a patio door. Finally had kitchen windows installed beginning of March after looking at boarded up holes for months. I still don’t have the other windows and door that were measured incorrectly. Early September we placed an order for new windows with Dylan at Apex after agreeing to hear the pitch with Johnny their sales lead person who was also awesome to work. I appreciated Dylan’s low pressure sales pitch that focused on the quality and convenience of the windows. They were installed this week and I’m so impressed with the windows and the amazing installation team. I mostly interfaced with Gabriel and Sebastian both of whom were amazing and answered any questions I had and quick everything I asked about. These windows are great, we went with black exterior and white interior. They are triple paned and are already cutting out on outside noise. They allow easy access to the exterior of the window from inside the house for cleaning of the windows; and offer great additional secur

This has been a horrible experience. Do not use this company. I am now 10 months into a large Window replacement project, and still do not have all of my windows, and I am waiting on replacement windows. One window was damaged on delivery and reordered 5 months ago, 13 windows had incorrect window grids and were reordered 5 months ago, and two windows are being remanufactured for the second time because they weren't made correctly for my opening - twice. This is out of an original window order for 39 windows. While the installed windows are a good product, and the initial sales experience was a good one, this company has been a colossal failure operationally. They promise you windows in 8-10 weeks but they don't arrive until 20 weeks later. And heaven forbid there be anything wrong with t
