I called James (Apex Flooring) because the new house that I bought was carpeted and I suspected there might be hardwood, but I wasn’t sure the condition. I had a quick turnaround time before my move in and I wanted to refinish the hardwood. James ripped out the carpet, refinished the whole apartment, adhered to the schedule, was very knowledgable and communicative, and was transparent about pricing. He and his team were also considerate to minimize the amount of dust in other areas of the house and closed off areas where they were not working. They really worked wonders on our floors.
