The apex guys installed a new furnace for me yesterday. They did a fantastic job! Great price and they were able to get me scheduled fast. Hopefully I will not need their help again anytime soon but should I ever need hvac work again, apex will be my first call! Definitely recommend!

If I could give a zero, I would. My mom paid a hefty 10 yr. maintenance contract when she had her new system installed 2 years ago. She had a maintenance check schedule and they NEVER showed. She called to inquire and they were full of excuses. She tried to reschedule and the girl said she didn't have the schedule in front of her and that she would have to call back. A business that grows TOO big TOO fast loses their customer service aspect of their company.

Apex was punctual, professional, efficient and reasonably priced. They were a pleasure to deal with and I am happy to have found a company with which I can trust any future HVAC needs. Highly recommend!!!

We have tried and tried to be patient and understanding with Apex Heating and Cooling, but can’t do so any longer. On January 21, Apex came out to look at our electric furnace. They told us the issue and said they would order the parts and it would take about a week to get the parts in. Six weeks later we have called at least twice a week asking for updates on the status of our parts and when our repair will be completed. We’ve received absolutely no information when we have called. Apex has not bothered to return a single phone call. Extremely disappointing to be treated so disrespectfully and unprofessionally after they were recommended to us by others. I’d look elsewhere if you need HVAC repairs.
