Apex Plumbing

Apex is great. When you call you get an actual person and they use tools that help them schedule and communicate with you during the day over Text. Their email system for their quotes worked really well and they did great work during the last three updates we needed to the house. Had toilet fixed, drips fixed, faucets replaced, expansion tank and vent pipe updating, and drains. I always call Apex first and have never had to call anyone else!

We do not recommend going with Apex Plumbing. We had a toilet clog and sewage backed up into our tub. We contacted Apex to fix the problem through our home warranty. The plumber who came was only here for about five minutes before leaving. After he left, we discovered that he had forced something through the pipes enough that sewage backed up into our utility room, soaking our drywall, new carpet, and various belongings with sewage. There was also a pile of sewage all over our driveway from a sewer line the plumber would have walked over to get to his car. Additionally, the toilet clogged again with the next flush. We contacted Apex a second time and the plumber came out and fixed the clog, but didn’t touch any of the utility room. When we contacted them about cleaning, they claimed they a

Had a water supply line moved. I have used Apex before per recommendation. They communicate the schedule very well, show up when scheduled and respond to your calls and questions. Both times the apex plumbers were clean, friendly. I am very happy with the quality of work and the great communication.

It's a true shame that they chose to do business in such a terrible way, refusing to own up to their mistakes, then also refusing my business after the fact, when I'm willing to compensate however I can to get their mistakes fixed. If only I'd known I was dealing with such incompetence. I also gave them every opportunity to apologize, as I did for my part in what miscommunication may have occurred, and yet they refused to do so. Therefore, unfortunately, an apology at this point is no longer acceptable. I have ensured that they receive an honest review of how they've treated me and my family as customers. Best of luck to them in their craftsmanship efforts, but I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

We used Apex Plumbing as recommended by a realtor; our water began leaking during our vacation. Our wonderful realtor went to the house to check on some things for us and noticed the leak. Apex came over to do a general inspection, which led to a new water heater 😟. The young man who came out to verify the leak came back the same day and replaced the water heater. He did a spectacular job of explaining everything and cleaning things up after. I would 100% recommend them to anyone. They were very timely, efficient, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions in normal language. GREAT JOB!!!
