Do not believe anything that Chris tells you. I would really like to give Apex a - star rating, they have not finished with work they started here at our house in April !!! Lie after Lie and always has an excuse for everything. Don't give them a dime of your money, you'll never see it again and you will not get the job done by Apex or anyone who works for the company.
He left me with no water for a week, I paid him in full and never back to fix the problem, I had to hire someone else and got water the same day. I would not recommend him.
Refuses to complete project or give me the supplies I paid for. He lies over and over. I so wanted to believe in him. He SEEMED so nice
