We had a pipe burst on our top floor, and water came down into our bedroom and all the way to the basement. Before asking for recommendations on Facebook, I did some research and was really leaning toward Apex, but I still wanted to see what others suggested. When I posted in a Facebook group, I was flooded with recommendations—which can be extremely overwhelming. Austin saw my post and commented right away, saying he could come out the same day to take a look. Even with all the recommendations coming in, I decided to stop searching and give Austin a chance. Apex Restoration Company is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I HIGHLY recommend them for any water damage needs. Not only did they show up within an hour of speaking with me, but they were also VERY professional, proactive, polite, and efficient. When they arrived at my home, I was extremely stress out due to my basement flooding. Austin and Julie helped to reduce my stress level by thoroughly explaining the process step by step and answering all of my questions. It was SUCH a pleasure working with them. I had the pleasure of working with Apex, specifically Austin, for a leak and some mold i had growing in my attic on the roof plywood. Austin came out promptly, assessed the issue and gave me an upfront quote. He also suggested getting someone out to see what the leak was from. Turns out i needed a whole new roof. got that done (and covered by insurance) and had him back out to re-assess and he said we’re in the all clear! Working with Apex has been easy. The communication is great, they’re honest, and very kind. He worked with me around my work schedule and made this entire process painless.
