We used them in Florida for a complete remodel after the hurricane. What a joke. Workmanship is failing and has been since they "finished." Tom passed away and he was the only one who would respond to calls and attempt to fix things. Chris is a joke, said he was coming down to look into things, but then was waiting on materials for another job. That was months ago. Has not returned a single call or text since, even when we had a leak in the shower. I had to pay a plumber to come fix their cheap work which the plumber stated was worse than any DIY job he has ever seen. Work was supposed to have a warranty. What good is a warranty when your calls go unanswered?!

We had Apex, Creve Coeur Illinois location, install gutters for our home. It isn’t complex. It is basically a straight line in the front and the back. We have a detached garage that is the same. After they installed it my husband noticed many spots that were not secure and were bulging away from the house. They came to fix it but were arrogant that it was fine. We had a rain after that and it was streaming down the house from many areas. They didn’t want to fix it and again they were arrogant that now it was ok. Again it rained and it was still doing it. Today the entire front gutter looked like it was going to fall off. We cannot trust their work and will get it fixed by someone else. After completing our roof, it leaked. They came out and did some caulking . That fixed the leak. There was damage to the master bathroom ceiling. Can NOT get a call back about this and how they plan to repair the bathroom. This is what small claims court is for. Unless of course the repair exceeds the financial limit. Then we will get a lawyer. Going to call one more time next week C Prouty

Apparently this company has issues with other companies working in their neighborhood so they called in an OSHA violation in a petty attempt to fine the competition. Based on the 1.9 rating, the problem is apparent.

Well guy came out looked at my roof quated a price to fix it I agreed said c ya soon never showed up again I called to c if he was going to send somebody out after days and phone call was never returned
