Troy has a trustworthy company and he is respected in the City Building Department. He gets up in the bulldozers and knows how to do this hard work himself. He gives very fair prices. He did have some issues along the way but he always communicated and didn’t stop until the permit was closed!! I recommend Apex over other fast talking, crazy high priced companies because he is down to earth, a good person and understands the value of hard work and perseverance.

Troy McNabb is an Apex predator and should not have a contractor license. I planned several months ahead for a demo project and after the estimate was done by him on his electronic application and agreed by me, I paid a 30% down payment for which he assured me it would get done by the agreed timing. When the timing was getting close, I asked if he got the paperwork done. He said it was handled. When the start date came, he hadn’t even gotten the fence put up. I went to the city office and found he lied and hadn’t filed any paperwork. He then filed the paperwork and Troy said he was just waiting on the permit. More time than usual went by so I went back to the city and asked if anything was holding up the permit and they said he hadn’t paid the fees. He bumped my job for a higher payin
