I had a great experience the minute I enlisted their services via Alex on the phone. The day came and I can't even express how this move surpassed my expectations. They brought 3 (rather than 2 workers) and helped with some big and little extras as we were short a person to help with the non-furniture items in my fully furnished 1 bedroom. A great attitude from all of the team made for a pleasant to rapport and move. Highly recommend their services. I will call them again.

I know why there are so many 5 star reviews because I had one too! Alex and his crew from NRH came to my house in Hurst and loaded a 16' pod in under 2.5 hours with room to spare! They worked like well oiled machines- up and down the stairs, in and out of the house. I barely knew they were there. When it was all over, there was a genuine conversation about my plans to move and authentic good well wish for my future. RECOMMEND!!!

Alex and his team went above and beyond for us. We had moved with them before and enjoyed the process so they were a natural choice for this move. Everything went perfectly until we noticed a leg was broken on one of the dressers. We reached out to Alex and he immediately took accountability and offered solutions. He picked the dresser up the same day to get it repaired. Within 24 hours the dresser was fixed and he dropped it off the next day. We couldn’t even tell which leg had been broken! They handled everything professionally and promptly. I cannot say enough good things about Apex. Would HIGHLY recommend these guys for your next move!

Absolutely amazing moving company. Apex recently conducted a transition move for my parents from their home of 60 years to a Senior Living facility as well as a move of remaining property for an estate sale. Incredibly careful, polite and professional. The courtesy an care all moving team members demonstrated was the best I have observed. Organized, careful and efficient.
