I hired them for a complete remodel based on customer references and other verifications like business bureau. They proved to charge a fair price and agreed to reasonable progress payments. They communicated very well throughout the project, delivered high quality product and to code. As importantly, they were very honest and held themselves accountable. For example, they had some issues with their crew due to reliability and availability of workers. In those cases, they handled the matter responsibly and even worked over the weekends to deliver on time.
