Great work ethic. Always send someone who knows how to clean & is thorough. Never damage items in house. The do my wool rugs for hardwood floors. They know how to take good care of are of them. I have been using Apke for 20 Years since my daughter recommended them. There help has been with them since I have been have them take care of my carpet & rugs. The cost is reasonable for a good job every time.
