This review is not about their skill. They’ve worked in my home before and did a good job which is why I recently sought them out for another important job. Albeit during this period of COVID I still expected some level of courtesy. It’s now been 1 month since they agreed to help with my need and nothing. No show, no call back to reschedule or to see if I still need their assistance. This is just not okay. So I went with someone else who I called on Monday and is at my home now as they promised. Apollo, please be more courteous in the future. Yes, I understand these are weird times but a simple phone call to cancelling my appointment or reschedule would have at least let me know you value my business. I will reiterate, they do a good job when they show up. It’s how they ghost you I’m not
