Nate has an extensive grasp of how underground plumbing works. He is knowledgeable, meticulous, and professional. His piping is a work of art. He fixed a slab leak that another company completely miss diagnosed. Despite that the Leak Detector was off by 5' forcing Nate to cautiously explore under 2 extra rooms before he found the its source. (It was a tricky one due to questionable building practices.) Amazing service. Fast installation (next day). Price is significantly more than other places (tried to charge me $495 for a $20 valve). But the heater and install was on point. Service and install technicians made the process so much easier. I recommend Apollo if you have a bit of extra funds to make sure everything is done perfectly.
