Unbelievable experience working with this company! They not only came out within an hour after contacting them for an estimate, but the next day three workers were there to remove the carpet and debris from my relative's house. They were all so professional, courteous, understanding and sympathetic all while removing the items. They worked quickly, efficiently and were very respectful of the environment as well.

Called to have my furnace ducts cleaned. Got an appointment quickly. Technician called before coming and got our address corrected. I was kept up to speed on what they were doing and he even provided photos of before and after. Professional, great attitudes, good price. Highly recommend!

Absolutely miserable experience. It will be the last time using them. First off had to pay 110 dollars before taxes for a very small living room and a hallway. The cleaner even thought it was too much and suggested just saying its for a hallway. Had to come out twice to clean the carpets. First time the kid just cleaned around the furniture. When I called to let them know the lady on the phone wanted to reschedule me a diff day rather than make the problem right. After saying I'll be using a diff cleaning service next time and hanging up, she called back and had the cleaners come back. When the cleaners came back, the one cleaner wanted to debate with me about having the conversation of moving the furniture when no conversation happened!!! He was getting upset with me that, in his words, "

We experienced basement flooding doing the June Wheeling flood due to sump pump not working. Called Apollo and Keith showed up within a few hours. We signed agreement and a full crew was here shortly after. Each employee took the time to shake our hands and introduce themselves. Small thing, but meant a lot. They then told us not to worry, they'd get rid of the carpet, padding and cut out the drywall. They put on fans and left. That evening and again the next morning, Keith called to check in. Can not say enough for the prompt response time and customer service quality.

I’ve used Apollo Cleaning and Restoration in the past and have always been happy with their work, but after the flooding in Triadelphia, WV, their quick response and professionalism meant more than ever. They came in fast, got things done, and were so kind and caring during such a devastating time. I can’t recommend them enough—truly a top-notch team when you need them most.
