We have had to call Appalachian twice since we bought our home last year and both times we were very happy with their service. They were fast, friendly, professional and affordable. I also appreciated that they always showed up when they said they would be here. Don’t hesitate to use this company. In fact, I wouldn’t use anyone other company!

Our furnace quit working on a day that it was supposed to get below zero with wind chill. Appalachian Air was amazing! They rearranged appointments to get a technician to our home within a couple of hours. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything in a very easy to understand way. He had everything fixed within an hour! Their pricing was also very reasonable. I would recommend them 100%.
