The Appalachian Flooring team did a great job, starting with providing insightful suggestions that allowed us to make a better informed flooring decision. Joe proved to be an artisan at installing the flooring with great attention to detail. The office staff, Penney and Penney were always very helpful and considerate. We now have a floor that we love and at a fair price. Highly recommend.

Appalachian Flooring & Design did an excellent job on my floors! They pay very close attention to detail and their workmanship far outweighs the competition. Logan was very professional and a wealth of information in regards to helping us decide which type of flooring would be best suited for our downstairs area. He was very flexible with his schedule and able to accommodate us in every way. We love our new floors, and look forward to working with Appalachian Flooring & Design to update the flooring in the rest of our home soon.

The people at Appalachian Flooring and Design were great to work with. They asked questions to determine what type of flooring was the best for our lifestyle and then showed us many options of flooring to pick from……from budget friendly up to higher end. The installation went without a hitch because of the knowledgeable installers. I will recommend this company to all my friends and family!

Appalachian Flooring did a great job with my new hardwood floors. They were very knowledgeable about the type of flooring I needed and very helpful in working with my schedule to get the floors installed. I would definitely recommend them for anyone considering new flooring.

Appalachian Flooring is nothing short of great! I needed about 2,500 square feet of carpet replaced, so I went to their store to talk to someone about options. I was immediately greeted by Penny who was super friendly. She helped me match up carpet to some paint color samples I brought in. I then met with Mike and provided him with some dimensions I took and he was able to get a couple of installers (Mike and Jonathan) out to start the next day. Those guys were great, as well! Additional measurements were needed, so Mike came out and measured up the place, which kept the job moving along to completion. Throughout the entire process, I had the opportunity to meet/talk to several of the folks at Appalachian Flooring, including the owner, Logan. Each of them was wonderful. I will def
