After years of dealing with our builder’s warranty department with no luck, Apple Air came out on their own and finally did what needed to be done to get our system’s airflow where it needed to be. The technician, Joe, was great—he explained everything clearly, made the necessary adjustments, and got our master bedroom airflow exactly where it should be. He was polite and very professional. Danielle at the main office was also extremely helpful. She listened to our concerns and understood the back-and-forth we had been dealing with from the builder’s warranty. I had a great experience with the technician, Joe, who completed maintenance on my home. He was very friendly, professional, and extremely thorough throughout the visit. He communicated clearly, explained what he was checking, and provided helpful feedback regarding the condition and performance of my AC system. I appreciated the time he took to answer my questions and ensure everything was running properly. Overall, excellent service and I would highly recommend him.

Joe was our technician. He was on-time, professional and courteous. He did a thorough job and didn't try to sell a new unit. Our system is old, but stable and reliable. He acknowledged that as true.
