Apple Cleaning Systems

I work for an apartment community that uses Apple. They are phenomenal and professional. We had a technician come out today and shortly after received a call that they didn't believe a shampoo would revitalize the carpet and recommended replacement. We appreciated the feedback so much. This company has true integrity!

So I bought my couch in about October 2024 and since then between two dogs three kids a partridge in a pear tree they have gotten my couch absolutely super dirty. Between sickness, dirt mud, food, drool whatever you could possibly think of it is on this couch I had enough I called the company got a quote which was reasonable unlike Stanley steamers that wanted to charge well over $500 for the sofa ridiculous right? I called and explained my situation got my quote. I did have to reschedule two times thanks to sickness in the house and then my dog had a seizure so I think you guys very much for being accommodating. Honestly if I could give them 0 starts I would. My service was assigned to be at 9am, their worker showed up at 8 and started demanding to let him in otherwise he refused to provide service. After wasting 30 minutes of my time, during which he tried to manipulate me and pressure me into letting him in at the time that works for him, he took a picture of my door to show that " he was there" but yet failed to provide the service. Then I had to call the main office god knows how many times to resolve this, definitely more than 5 and it took them a week to give me money back. Not even letting a single thought of booking with this company again, 0 respect for client and unprofessional behaviour.

My apartment complex uses Apple Carpet Cleaners to clean the carpets when there is a leak in apartments that have carpeting. We had our apartment complex schedule for Apple to come today. Since it was after 3pm and no one had come yet, I called and spoke with Denise at at 3:30 today 10/9/23 and was told there was one job ahead of us and that the cleaners will be at my apartment by 5:00 pm today. It is 6:57 and I can only conclude they are not coming. This is very unprofessional and I am disappointed. I planned on using Apple to clean our carpets in the future, but not any more. I understand that I am not the person who is paying, but my time is valuable too.

The cleaner was excellent and my god he did an amazing job. Carpet looks like we first moved in! Will definitely use this company again
