Apple Roofing

My roof repair was great. Timely and perfect. However, after one emailed bill which I never found, they sent a notice they were filing a lien. It’s their policy to go direct to lien, not a second bill or phone call. Email only notice they were placing a lien. I’ve never encountered a company in Naples that has this billing policy. Especially a long time customer of 10 plus years. This company was formerly Raphael roofing before Apple but had the same policy.

Jorge Maldonado and Apple Roofing were fantastic. I was in contact with Jorge several times during the installation of our gutters and we were through a minor mistake and some scheduling conflicts. The whole project and transaction went smooth. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends and family.

I highly recommend their services. Not only do I trust them with my customers homes, but the roof on my own house was also replaced after Hurricane Ian, and of course, they did the work.

I highly recommend Apple Roofing. I developed several leaks in my roof in the middle of hurricane season. I was hesitant to begin a roof replacement worried that a storm would come and my new roof would not be in place however as soon as the contract was signed Apple Roofing expeditiously worked to replace my roof in a timely manner. Everyone from Sales, the Office Staff, and the Crew working on the roof were all very professional with excellent customer service.

Very good customer service. The owner and employees go above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction with their work. I was told it would take about a week or two to be able to match my tiles. The following day they were on my roof doing the repair. They replaced 2 of my neighbor's roofs and their work is impeccable. Amazing company. I would highly recommend them. Thanks again.
