My homebuilder used Applewood for exterior stone installation. The Applewood project manager was often unresponsive for our expediter and took months to finish the job. To make matters worse, we were charged extra because they had to heat the area where the stone was installed. They only had to heat the area because they didn't complete the job when the weather was nice, when heat would not have been required. The installation quality seems to be fine; however the beyond-excessive installation time and the additional costs related to the delays are not.
