On October 22, 2025, I reported a defective Weil McLain fan control transformer (eBay item 124056024031). On October 24, the seller agreed in writing to send a replacement first if I promised to return the defective part afterward. He asked for my shipping address, which I provided immediately, and acknowledged that I could not remove the part in advance due to freezing temperatures. After that, he stopped following through. For more than a month and a half, I repeatedly asked for updates or a tracking number and received no real progress. He later denied the very agreement he made, even though it is clearly visible in our message thread. At other points he refused to replace the part at all, contradicting his earlier statements. I ordered a part for my pool heater from them through a website called Bonanza. The packaged arrived fairly quick, but it wasn’t the part I ordered. I sent them an email. No response. I sent them a message on Bonanza. No response. I sent Bonanza a response and they responded that they asked the seller to contact me and I still haven’t been contacted. Now I have a part that I have no use for. Very poor customer service to say the least.

The lady answering the phones is very unprofessional. Should not just hang up on someone. Would answer question, didnt connect to someone who could, just rude

Our pellet stove quit working found parts we need to fix it on eBay from this company best price came earlier than stated .we are warm now ,will definitely order again if we need to from this place. We liked our free items too

Bought a part on eBay, it did not work even thought it stated for my Pellet Stove, mode p23, they agreed to take it back ebay sent a return label, then it was out for delivery to them, but magically did not get delivered? then they stated it did nto get delivered so i am out the money? why a scam!
