I would not recommend this company for any service. If I could give them zero stars I would, but I had to give them at least 1 star to post this. The customer service rep just called me and wanted me to pay $175 just because they came out to my house. When I made the appointment for service there was an error message that came up for a motor and drive issue, but when the tech came over the washer machine was working fine. So the customer rep (I wish I knew his name) told me that if I did not pay them the $175 just for coming out to my house and running my machine for a few minutes to tell me that there was nothing wrong with my machine, he was going to just send the bill to my house and when I don't pay the fee that he would report me to the credit bureau. Got off to a rocky start with the scheduler who called to schedule our appointment and the owner of the company. That being said, they did what they said and sent their tech to our home first thing Monday morning. Peter was professional, knowledgeable and thorough, going above and beyond to listen to what we had experienced with the refrigerator and the recommendation of a service rep that had been sent by GE earlier. Peter never contradicted the past service, but quickly assessed the issue and went to work to repair it. He was done in just about one hour. He was clean and handled our appliance with care. In the end, they did what they said they would do and that's the best customer service you can provide. Thank you, Appliance Care and Peter!

Had to have these guys come out a couple times for the junk Lowe's sold me. Absolute professionals who kept me informed every step of the way. They were punctual, quickly diagnosed the recurring issue, and fixed it correctly on the second visit. It's a huge relief to finally have a working unit. Don't waste your time elsewhere; trust these experts with your appliance repairs.

The owner and service tech were both very knowledgeable and helpful navigating the challenging issues of extended warranties. The owner went above and beyond trying to talk sense to Frigidaire. I would highly recommend this repair service. My reviews for Frigidaire and Electrolux are exactly the opposite and I would never recommend their appliances to anyone!
