We had a problem with our clothes dryer. Rolland came out as scheduled, identified the problem and ordered a replacement part. He returned the next day, had us up and running at a fair price. I was very happy with their service. I would definitely refer friends to him.

I love this place because the guy who answers the calls - Fred - has an exceptionally positive, professional phone presence. Plus he is a real person rather than a robot or a foreign answering service, which is amazing. Moreover, the repair expert (Roland) who Fred deployed to my parents' home in Gary, IN did a phenomenal job repairing my parents' dryer. Roland recognized the problem right away and he had the required coils in his van already, which was awesome. I called to make an appointment I thought I was calling someone’s personal phone the way the young lady picked up like it was a friend calling to chat. I asked her did I reach the right number she said yes but still failed to tell me what business it was. She explained it’s a $60 fee that does not go toward the repair . If that’s their policy fine but it gave me no security so I went with another company. The overall phone etiquette turned me off right away.

Terrible customer service never answered the phone and wasn’t open during open operating hours. I am not sure if this is even a real business.

So I told my boyfriend we should go through this business and our neighborhood instead of Amazon. So online it said they open at 10 am. I get here about 10:50 a.m. and they're closed. Looks like they're only open on Monday Wednesday Thursday Friday and Saturday. The one day I have off Tuesday they are closed. Guess I'll go through Amazon now. I wanted to support our local businesses but....
