Terrible customer service. Told me on Friday he could fix my washer on the weekend for sure…….no repair happened on Friday, no contact made on Saturday until I called him to inquire, stated he couldn’t give me an appt time but not to worry, he would squeeze me in. No further contact made on sat and none made on Sunday, despite telling me he was working all weekend. I am a single mother with 3 kids and cannot be out be without a washer for long and now this guy has left me hanging for 3 days. I do not recommend at all…….i have never had a company NOT schedule an appt time and just say, “leave it with me, I will get it done this weekend” So frustrating and disappointing! AVOID this company!

Called today for an issue I was having. Provided great service over the phone. Will definitely call again for any future issues that may arise.

This guy is INCREDIBLE!! Came the very day of the call, had the part, repaired in 20 minutes and our dryer was running like new. Amazing, kind man.

John was great! Wish I would've called him for my other appliances before I replaced them. He quickly diagnosed the issue, came prepared with the repair part based what I described on the phone, offered fair price and explained the process of the repair. My dryer was repaired within half an hour. It's nice to see that there are still service providers out there that are not about price-gouging and provide honest repair work!

This is John's 3rd visit to repair one of our appliances. 2015 Stove, 2019 washing machine, 2025 dryer. John's pricing is very reasonable. He's honest and his workmanship speaks for itself. I would recommend him in a heartbeat. Thank you, John
