PLEASE READ!! I reached out to Mark about fixing my dishwasher. He was able to come out within a few hours and told me his fee was $120, payable by cash or check only. That part was fine. However, he was at my house for less than five minutes before claiming he “automatically knew” the issue and said I’d need an entirely new circuit board. I had provided him with the error code and he also took down the serial number and that was it!! He told me to let him know if I wanted to proceed with next steps. I wanted to talk it over with my husband. When I followed up, he quoted me over $200 for the part and said it would be better to just buy a new dishwasher since the part was on backorder and could take months. Worst service ever. Mark charged us $120 to take the panel of the back of our freezer. Called & said he couldn't find the part. I found the part in 2 minutes. Feel completely scammed.

Knowledgeable and professional. The repairman wasn't 100% sure on the cause of it not advancing to spin and rinse, but after checking it out, started with the simplest fix; cleaning it so the drain sensor would work. Their service prices are very reasonable; probably 1/2 of what CenterpPoint would cost.

So far we haven't got our washer. They came to pick up our old and deliver the new and not one person heard the guy at the door. He didnt ring doorbell at all. Now it'll be 2 more weeks from that day. We already paid for dryer so ,,

Mark was wonderful! He was so nice and so knowledgeable. He promptly answered my call and promptly provided expert service. He even called me back just to check and make sure everything was working as planned! Highly recommend him! Thank you!
