I had a great experience at the Parker, Colorado store. I purchased a new LG refrigerator/freezer to replace my 34 year old GE. Leon was most helpful in showing me different models and features. Delivery and haul off of my trusty old GE went perfectly.

Update: spoke with salesman, Mike. Took me a while to come back and write this review because my jaw is still dropped. He said he ran things up the chain and the manufacturer denied the exchange. I still don’t understand why it wouldn’t be something that appliance factory could make right considering it was probably their people that broke it, we picked it up from their warehouse up north. But it was hard to get a word in edgewise as he continually tried to act like I was being an unreasonable customer, speaking over me. He said that he’s the one that has to deal with me, not corporate. And I wasn’t being unkind or unreasonable, in fact I was the only one regulating... I didn’t even get to the part that he’s been dodging our calls for 8 days, even then he wanted to argue, it was 7 days un

Not the best experience, after looking at a couple of different big box stores. We decided to come over here. We were specifically looking for an LG dishwasher and we found one in the back with a blue price tag on it and a price that looked to good to be true..... well, it is to good to be true because once the salesman came up. He had mentioned that none of the prices on the appliances are actually those prices. Talk about the ultimate Bait & switch. We still decided to give him the benefit of the doubt and went to the sales desk with him to try to find the actual price of the dishwasher. The lovely salesperson will say anything to make and keep the sale, regardless of not having the team support to deliver what he promised. There's no recourse here either. The "president's hotline" will just forward your message to the store where you purchased from, so there's no way to reach upper management, and they're clearly not interested in making things right. After many delays, I got my units (and then I had to drive an hour to pick up the part necessary to make the machines work) and after many calls to the store and to the president's hotline the refund I was promised was never issued. I could've bought these units cheaper elsewhere but the salesperson told me the wait time would be the same or more and I wouldn't be getting the same service level... well, that was yet another

Worked with Johnathan Zuniga to get a washer dryer combination. Had an excellent experience! Had to call back multiple times because of mix ups on my end. Jonathan handled everything with grace and a great attitude! Very much appreciate the Parker team!
