Steven came out and diagnosed my Whirlpool washing machine's problem. I live in a tiny house. The washer and dryer are essentially in a closet. He was very patient and careful with moving the machine in the tight space. He even called Whirlpool for additional reference for the issue the machine presented. Hegave me a couple options to think about (repair or consider replacement). He did not pressure for a decision and was extremely kind. After mulling over the options, I chose to have it repaired. A part replacement put my machine back in service and I couldnt be happier. As for timeliness - Appliance Hospital called me the day before appointment with a window of time for the following day. The day of the appointment, Steven called me with a time estimate of when he would be at my house.

My technician was nice and very helpful.got the job done very quickly annd anlso very neatly. Explained what was wrong and ways to keep my dishwasher running smoothly in the future! Would definitely recc to anyone else in the future.

Not only did our tech show up on time, but he actually had the part we were having issues with! What a concept! I have never had anything fixed under warranty the same day. SO HAPPY!

Steven is courteous and super knowledgeable. He got the luxury of working on both the second and third replacement dryers sold by the local appliance experts. Two different part failures or an improper venting can cause the same symptoms and he recognized and explained what I needed to have the seller/installer correct the sloppy install after the seller’s service plan of just replacing parts didn’t work out. The office staff is fantastic!

The quality of the job depends on the tech you get. My husband and I have had them come to our house 3 times 2 for a dishwasher and once for a washer machine. First time with the dishwasher was great the tech fixed the clog and also shared some useful knowledge with us. He was also polite and friendly. The tech for the washer machine was able to diagnose it as much as I was but he was able to take it apart and remove the piece of clothing. He did not want to talk to my husband but he was nice to my children. This last time a few days ago was a different story. I told the dishwasher tech that there was a clog somewhere. He decided to pull my dishwasher out and flip it upside down (scraping my counter in the process) and connect a new part a new motor and told me that was the issue. My husba
