Timely, professional and knowledgeable installation of our KitchenAid refrigerator exchange. Sherry and John prepped us well, arrived when promised, carefully and efficiently swapped our fridge and gave us all of the information we needed to set up properly. We were very pleased and would highly recommend Cape Fear Appliance Service!

Absolutely outstanding service! John was able to repair my 7 yr old LG dryer. It saved me money and the time I would have spent looking for a new dryer. John came prepared. He was professional and polite. The receptionist who set up the appointment was knowledgeable and took the time to answer any questions I had before I agreed to service. 5+ stars!

We had a leak in our 5 year old Bosch dishwasher on Bald Head Island and Cape Fear came 3 times and each time sold us parts and service call fees and the problem just got worse. We spent over $500. and finally ended up getting a new dishwasher. When the plumber came to install the new dishwasher he found a gash in the drain pipe which could've easily been found had the dishwasher repairman John had pulled it out and looked for it. It was a simple problem to find and we feel like we were ripped off by this company. We would not recommend this company and their unethical business practices!

Very unhappy with the overall service provided and feel as if we have been robbed. Paid $700 35 days ago to have our refrigerator repaired. Compressor part was covered by manufacture so $700 was towards service fee of $99 and labor cost for 2 hours of work. Refrigerator is now doing the same things that it was doing 35 days ago and told by office lady that we would have to pay for them to come back out. Don't really know what to think about it and if I knew they would not fix it correctly I would have just purchased a new refrigerator in place of throwing away money. Ridiculous that I have to pay for them to come back out when I was told it would be covered for labor for 90 days but somehow the service call is not considered part of the labor.
