The Gold Standard of appliance repair. We were in a huge bind after another company failed us repeatedly, but Marshall Appliance Repair stepped up. The owner personally came out on short notice to make sure we were taken care of. It’s rare to find that level of dedication and expertise. Matthew was awesome. He came out quickly, explained in laymen’s terms what was going on and he had the dryer kit to fix it right away. Will definitely be calling them again!

Dave, the repairman, was a pleasure to work with. He did a thorough inspection, taking the washer apart enough to determine its quality and age, identify the problems, and determine what repairs would be essential, and which additional repairs would be recommended, giving me ballpark estimates for each option and his opinion of the expected lifetime and future performance of the unit. He will get back to me with the time needed to obtain the parts and the cost thereof. I would highly recommend this contractor and repairman to friends and family with appliance repair needs.
