I called Appliance Medic after my washer machine wasn’t spinning correctly. While here, I also had the tech look at dryer. He told me I needed to buy parts for each. After replacing parts, my washer still wasn’t spinning. He came back and told me, oops! The part was replaced in error and I’m better off buying a new washer and he’ll refund my money. I’ve made numerous calls and no refund. I see this issue has occurred with a previous customer. It’s a shame because I like to support locals, but I will never call this business again! Beware. ++++ Literally, just received a call from Shannon apologizing for dropping the ball! I commend him and hope he fulfills his promise to make it right. He told me I didn’t have to change the review, since it was his fault and the truth, but he’s not a thie

I would not recommend this company to anyone. I was robbed by them for not able to figure out what was wrong with my washing machine. The tech that came to my house was very rude and unprofessional and my machine did not get fix and they still charged me. I had to end up calling a different company. Please stay away from them

So I had these folks out to my place to take a look at the fridge on Thursday. They were to order a part and ring me back with the particulars. It is now Monday at noon and I've not heard back nor does anybody pick up the phone when you call. I thought it was odd when they left after the service call that nothing was signed, no information was exchanged and I was left with only the promise of a call. I will update this review if things change but otherwise I would advise finding another professional to do the job. UPDATE: THEY CALLED BACK. The news wasn't good but they did their diligence and I cannot complain.

Our Samsung dryer stopped working, we called Appliance Medic and they responded quickly, had someone come and check out the problem, ordered the part and were back in a few days to fix the Dryer. All done in a timely manner and charged a reasonable price for the job done. Everyone was courteous and professional. Thank you very much. I would highly recommend them.

Our Maytag washer broke, so we called Appliance Medic LLC. They took our service call the same day and sent someone out within hours, for a very reasonable price. We are very grateful for the promptest and timeliest of their team member Shannon! We would defiantly recommend them to all of our friends and family!!
