Had Mr. Stiebel come to home to repair gas stove Burner knob which no longer was working. His expertise fixed the problem within an hour & he was very polite & gracious. His attention to cleaning detail was very much appreciated. The repair price was very reasonable & my husband & I most certainly highly recommend this company called APPLIANCE MEDIC. Called this morning to see if Appliance Medic could look at my dishwasher and Gavin was able to fit in my service appt same day! Very professional and friendly. Gavin was great at explaining what the issue was and providing options. Glad I had Appliance Medic come out and would use them again.

Excellent service!! Made an appointment he was prompt and on time. They diagnosed my microwave built in. Ordered parts on Friday afternoon. Made another appointment on Wednesday morning. Arrived on time again!!! No waiting around all day! Replaced the magnatron, and microwave is back working again. Great attitude Excellent service. Will call again if I need any more appliance repairs. Price was fair! Thanks again

Appliance medic is awesome. My dryer stopped working. Called at 830am had a technician out the same day at 12pm. Thomas is amazing. Great customer service. Walked me thru everything he was doing and checking. Found the problem right away. Fixed it and I am back up and running same day and it was very inexpensive. Appliance and medic will be the only company I ever use in the future. Good luck in the future Thomas you deserve it.

My Mom and I each had separate issues with our refrigerators we called Appliance Medic and the owner, Gavin came out, was on time, pleasant to deal with and very honest. He said that the one refrigerator water dispenser was not really worth repairing on an older refrigerator like that. He looked up parts and took it apart and put it back together. While we were standing there, we mentioned that the dishwasher broke a few weeks before and we had ordered a new $700 dishwasher from Lowes due to be delivered next week, Gavin looked at it, pressed a few buttons and released the "child safety lock" and it worked perfectly! Saving us $700 for a new dishwasher! I would highly recommend them!
