After taking off the cover and removing the drum, he called me over and showed me what had failed, while also letting me know the cost for the part (he was very informative and communicated with me during the entire process). He was a total professional, safety glasses and all (!), and we will support this local small businessman, with all our future appliance needs. A very good experience.

Michael from Applicance-Mend has been to our home twice to help repair a fridge. Both times he has been friendly, helpful, and upfront about what he believes the problem could be, what he'll do to fix it, and what other problems could arise. His rates are fair and reasonable. He will be our first call any time an appliance in our house acts up!

Michael did a fantastic job fixing our LG oven. Within an hour, he diagnosed it, quoted, discussed and fixed it. He was very prompt, super patient with our dog and even brought a goodie bag.
