Appliance Parts Plus

I found this pulley for an old Maytag dryer on Amazon ( belt and pulley for $ 12.00 these guys just charged me 37.38 for just the pulley. I’m a local boy been here since 1980, I started a Handyman business it’s been over 8 years last August, I have many local customers that have lived here their whole lives. I’ve serviced hundreds if not thousands of customers over the years and I can tell you now, I will not be coming back to this store for anything nor will I refer anyone to them. The guy was rude as soon as I stepped in the door I did not feel welcome, he acted annoyed that I was there. The part I needed was not for a customer of mine it was for me personally, my dryer went out a couple of days ago and my wife and I have a 10 year old son that needs clean uniforms for school. I have gone to AP+ for dishwasher and now our dryer. I pulled the part and brought it in. Chris helped me out and instead of having to look up a bunch of information on the internet he took the time. Very knowledgable and kind. Super easy and fast! Thanks Chris!!

Needed to pick up an AC capacitor Chris the guy working the day I went in was Outstanding. Checked my capacitor to make sure it was dead and verified I was getting the correct one. Gave me some great advise for install. Went home and in 10 min my AC was back up and running. Would definitely recommend them A+ in my book!

I needed repair parts for my 20yr old dryer and thought I would be out of luck finding them in stock. Luckily I called Appliance Parts Plus and they had the complete repair kit in stock! Very reasonable prices and very helpful staff. I can't believe I've lived here 20 years and had never heard about them. They also have a huge variety of miscellaneous parts, Everything from switches to swamp coolers!

If you can afford the time to wait and just order a part online, do so. You'll pay 2 to 3 times as much for the part here.
