If You need somebody to fix an appliance call somebody else!!! Joey is terrible with communication. He overcharges, and doesn't completely fix the problem. I so wished we read the reviews before we called them!

Wow, Joey is the best. We had him replace a compressor in an LG refrigerator a few years back. Then the Kenmore Pro ( LG ) took another dump in the mist a a margarita session, ( no Ice) . He came out that day and recharged the unit and it back up and running. We are replacing the POS refrigerator with a Sub Zero next week! Thanks again Joey, you're the best!

Refrigerator Broke Down On a saturday. Joel was very fast fixing it and saved our Food from going bad.

I wish I can give these people a zero star because this company sucks. Like the last review said they never answer there phone and they never come over when we make a appointment with them or bother to reschedule. Don't spend your money with this company because they will not do there job. They also do a charging fee for just coming over to look at your appliances. Then ghost you after you pay the fee.

Called to schedule a repair and I was told that they would be here the following day between 4:30pm-5pm. I called at 4:55 just to follow up that someone was still coming and the guy said that he will call one of his technicians and that he would call back. I haven’t heard anything back so I didn’t to call a half an hour later and it was sent straight to voicemail ..
