My oven wasn’t reaching the desired baking temperature. The repair technician checked the heating elements and the other components of the oven. He was able to recalibrate the oven to adjust the temperature. I will continue to call this company when I need to have appliances repair.

Called and scheduled an appointment with ease for the following day. Technician ( Wade) was timely and diagnosed our issue with our oven. Parts were ordered and with minimal delay scheduled a follow up to complete job. The repair was made with satisfaction.

Will did a great job! Arrived promptly, was notified of arrival as expected. Found the issue quickly. Had parts needed with him. Put the dryer back together and cleaned up. All in under an hour!! Highly recommended.

My repair technician, Christian R., was courteous and respectful from the moment he entered our home. He never questioned my inability to complete the repair myself (actually made me laugh about the situation ) and approached the job with professionalism and understanding. Christian took the time to check if there was anything else that needed attention, and he clearly explained each step before proceeding with the repair. As he finished up, he cleaned up thoroughly and even took a moment to show and explain why the replacement part was necessary. It was a great experience overall. I was way over charged for a minor repair. This company is VERY expensive. I hired them based on their reviews and high rating on Google Maps. But they charged me close $500 for replacing a part that costs less than $50 and it took the guy about 20 minutes. Their labor fee is extortionately high and they charge you double the amount for the parts since it includes the “shipping” cost.
