Super wonderful experience.There are almost no words to say how much I appreciated the help that I got when I called. Mark was super and he walked me through all the different tests by phone to see if there was actually anything wrong. Evidently something had just happened and I needed to reset the stove. In the future, I will always use Appliances Repair American. They are absolutely tops.

The repair person was very nice. They actually put me on a schedule that was already booked and went out of their way to accommodate my needs. Highly recommend them. Thank you Mark and James.

Arrived two minutes EARLY!! Very nice young man with personality. I was told there would be a service charge for coming out, and that’s what it was. Just what they quoted me! Ordered the part in a timely matter and me the truth about my machine. Will definitely only call these guys in the future

My washer was not working and made an appointment to have it checked. Talked to Mark on the phone, such a nice person… great guy. Got the appointment for the next day. He went over the pricing with me so I knew what to expect. This is a great company, would recommend them to everyone.

My LG fridge led lights were not working, called in, Jacob showed up the next day, diagnosed the issue and ordered the necessary parts. Very professional approach that saved me time and money. I strongly recommend! P.S. Thanks for being awesome guys!
