Appliance Repair

This will be a difficult review to write. I never like to be so negative, however this situation warrants it. I called “In His Time” repair to deal with a dishwasher problem where the machine had difficulty starting a cycle. The owner, Terry Wilson, came out and immediately diagnosed the problem to be the electronic panel. He explained that LG dishwashers were notorious with these panels failing and needing replacement. This diagnosis was seemingly very easy for him to define, he explained that this was very common. He recommended that if I was comfortable with doing basic repairs that I could order the part myself and install it to save myself any additional expenses. Mr. Wilson was very responsive and professional. His honesty in terms of cost to repair vs. buying new was helpful and probably saved me not only money but hassle as well. Reasonably priced. I would 100 percent recommend him and will definitely use him in the future if needed.

Mr. Wilson didn't fix my washer, it was beyond repair and that is what I admired so much about Mr. Wilson. He was very courteous, and when he took a look at my machine he simply told me that it would cost more to repair than buy a new one. I really appreciated his honesty. He even tried to reduce his charge for a service call. He had driven 25 miles one way and wanted to reduce my cost. It's been awhile since I've seen that kindness in a repair person. Terry Wilson from In His Time Appliance Repair was reliable, courteous and knowledgeable. He arrived on time..called before hand and repaired my refrigerator lights within 24 hours.
