We really had a great experience with Appliance Repair Doctor, sir Igor was really helpful and very thorough explaining the issues and process how to repair our washer, as soon he got the parts needed for our washer he gave us a call and in 20 minutes he was able to come and continue working to fix our washer. Excellent service, we didn’t have to wait long for Igor to arrive. He was able to identify and resolve the issue very quickly. We will definitely call them again if/when we have issues with any other appliances!

Igor is absolutely wonderful! He made sure everything was perfect with our washing machine before he left. I would highly recommend this company.

Igor came promptly on Sunday at 9am within an hour of my call to their dispatcher. My 4 yr old Samsung fridge was not cooling and freezing normally and after about 2 hrs of comprehensive cleaning and testing of all components, it was fixed and back operating normally.

Igor was very responsive and made sure our refrigerator/freezer was fixed at a very reasonable price. Very good service.
