Very professional and rapid execution of service. The young man came the next morning and did the work and left everything clean. Management called back to make sure I was satisfied with their service. Very refreshing

Mr. Adam called on time and was terrific from start to finish. He installed our machine, taught us things about it, and even gave us laundry pointers we should have, but did not yet know, in our 40s. This ease of service was especially striking bc I had already dealt with CAS who wouldn’t deliver or send anyone until January; then Home Depot delivered but their installers refused to hook it up bc, literally, “the location is closed on three sides.” Huh? That’s why we got the Whirlpool laundry center: it’s designed for a closet. We had had a normal-sized washer there for decades. Searching around for an installer, ARE was not only the most cost-effective, but they were also the soonest, and the person on the phone was both professional and chill—best of both worlds. I am very happy with the service! Azan was on time, quick and honest. He was able to identify the issue with my dryer that wasn't turning on and give me a cost for the repair right away. I would definitely recommend Appliance Repair for quick, reliable service!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Don’t believe their google rating, as they offer cash back for a 5 star review. Scammers. Their service technician charged $200 to repair my dishwasher, left without communicating what he did, and the problem persists. When I called to ask him to return the person on the phone was rude, impatiently telling me there is no warranty on the work.

Customer service was great, However, four weeks later, my washer broke again, and it was the same problem that was fixed by this company. Update: I was contacted by Alex ( manager of quality control) the problem was rectified, and I am extremely happy with the customer service that was provided to me. Thank you so much Alex for taking care of the situation. I am more than happy now to recommend this company to consumers.
