Super helpful!! We've had a problem with our ice tray and I saw Mark on Google and called him and he explained what he thought the problem was, got the parts to prepare before he came and fixed it. He explained what happened and our water pressure is now better on our fridge as well! Mark's also a nice guy! Highly recommend!

Mark Snell arrived on time to fix my washing machine. I had called him and he said he could come out the next day. I was unable to have him come out that day and he was very accommodating. We made the appointment for the day after that. Mark arrived on time. He was very polite, respectful, and very professional. He diagnosed the problem and gave me options. My LG dryer stopped heating last week, Mark came out, diagnosed it and ordered parts while he was here. He could have came back to make repairs the next day but I was having surgery. He was understanding and flexible to give me a couple of days to recuperate. Mark just left a few minutes ago, the dryer heats up just as it should, we couldn’t be happier! I have a drier that stopped producing heat. I called Appliance Repair Guy and spoke to Mark. He was quick to diagnose the problem over the phone and encouraged me to explore all my options before having my drier fixed. Mark called me the following day and I told him that I would like him to come service my drier. He arrived the same day and displayed extreme professionalism.
