Appliance Repair of WNC

Ken Perry, owner, came to our home to repair our ice maker. He ordered a new one, and installed it at which time we paid him $250. But this new one did not function properly. He returned, removed this new but non functioning ice maker stating he would order another new one and call us to install it. We never, ever heard from him again. So, now we have no ice maker, and lost $250. I called and texted him repeatedly, no response. NEVER ever use this unethical man for any appliance repair.

Ken was amazing. He answered his phone, which other places did not. He problem solved over the phone, came out within 2 hours and solved the problem with our refrigerator. Extremely nice and professional. Will definitely call him next time an appliance breaks down and will give friends his name.

I've hired Ken to fix my freezer & my washing machine. He called me back quickly, showed up on time, charged a fair rate, and fixed everything so it works like new. What more can you ask for? I'd hire him again in a heartbeat--so great to have a reliable, talented appliance repairman in Jackson County.

Ken installed a new dishwasher, repaired a garbage disposal, and even installed a new light switch for me! He responded almost immediately to my request and he got the work done quickly and charged a fair price! I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs an appliance repaired or installed!

I had scheduled a dryer repair. He said he was ordering the part and it would be a couple of days. This was a Monday. He said probably Thursday. Thursday came no response. I texted. No reply. Friday morning I left a message that I needed my dryer and if he did not reply, I was moving on. He replied the part was in transit and asked if Sat. would be fine. I said perfect! Today is Thursday of the following week and still no communication. It's just common courtesy to communicate. If he can't get to it, fine, but please let the customer know. Really disappointed in the customer service.
