very professional business! the contractor that was sent out, Ivan, was exceptional. could not recommend him enough. he assisted with a clothing dryer issue and not only did he resolve the problem at hand, he managed to fix another similar problem that was a bit of nuisance but was bearable to deal with. our family is truly grateful to have been serviced by your team and Ivan! Excellent service!! Explained and fixed everything as expected. Repaired aging refrigerator/freezer, icemaker, stand alone freezer and also washing machine like new. Far better than having to buy new appliances. Will definitely use in future and recommend to others. They are professionals!

Ivan was very nice but he seemed to not really know what the problem was. He spend more time looking at his phone researching then he did our unit. And I would have thought he would have at least turned the ice maker on to get an idea what was the problem and what was working and what wasn't. He then told us Samsung and Frigidaire ice makers were the same which both from research and speaking with two other places is not correct. They have different manufacturers and distinct parts. He kept telling us it could be this or that or that but could never give us a direct answer what the problem was. We just said thank you paid the service fee and moved on. He had good ratings and he may know some things but apparently Frigidaire ice makers is not one of them.

Ivan, the young man who repaired my oven's igniter, was quick, efficient, professional, and friendly. I'm certainly glad I found you on Angie's List. I'll pass on what a great job you did to my friends and neighbors. Thanks!
