Awesome company! Seamless communication from start to finish. Joyce and Bryant were professional and friendly. Joyce called me and helped me to identify where model numbers were. She also texted me the technician Bryant’s number so I would recognize his call and explained when he would be able to come. Bryant arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and communicated next steps. Hurricane Beryl came through and caused a few problems but Appliance Repair Proz made it all better. I highly recommend this company.

Bryant was a great guy to work with! Very professional and honest! He was very communicative. He told me everything as he was doing it and explained to me what was happening with my washer. It was quick, easy, and very upfront.

I don't kow if the reviews on this organization are forced or legit but my experience with Bryant was horrible!! I paid a Diagnostic fee for him to come out and tell me what the problem is with my stove. My wife was the only one home at the time while he was tryin to fine the problem, once he found it,he "fixed" the problem before the agreement to do the maintenance on the unit and insist with aggresion that we pay the charge!!
