Rick is a very agreeable guy and fixed my fridge in two hours. I had been waiting for two months for the manufacturer’s Repair people to get my fridge fixed. No luck with them. So eventually I gave up, and called Rick who arrived on time, repaired the fridge and cleaned up after himself. His prices are very fair. Now he is going to fix my friend’s washer. Great service. Highly recommended.

Rick is knowledgeable, dependable, and affordable. My washing machine went down. I was able to supply him with the make/model and issues over the phone. From that communication he was able to determine the problem. It was during holiday break, and he was able to fix my washer within a few days and I took him less than an hour to get it up and running. I recommend him highly. I hope I don't need his services in the near future, but, if I do, he'll be the one I call

My dryer wouldn’t start so I gave Rick a call. He had a full schedule but still managed to squeeze my repair in his schedule. He is friendly and has a great sense of humor. He is very knowledgeable of his work. He doesn’t rush; but instead, is thorough in examining the problem. He carries with him a variety of replacement parts so that the job gets done right there and then. He took the time to answer questions and gave me a few tips with a smile. Rick repaired my Maytag washer in less than half an hour. He diagnosed the problem and had the part to fix it!
