Was told I would be charged $85 for them to come to my home to look at the problem, but if I had them repair my dishwasher, it would be waived and I would pay just the cost of the job (fixed problem within ten minutes). Well, I got charged both. I've tried contacting them five times and my calls are never returned. I'm not criticizing the repairman; just the company itself.

Alex from Appliance and Repair Solution fixed a problem no one else could figure out with my stove top. Very knowledgeable, friendly, prompt, and fairly priced. I will certainly use them again.

I received the most outstanding customer and repair service from technician Dmitry. He went out of his way to be thorough and make every effort to properly diagnose and repair my dishwasher instead of the replacement that another company recommended. This save me a lot of money. He is very knowledgeable and explained every step of his repair work process. Dmitry even followed up afterwards to ensure that it was still working properly. I personally recommend this company to anybody looking for competent appliance repair without standing service at a great price value!

Very Disappointed- $1,550 Later and Still No Working refrigerators!!! I have never left a bad review before but I feel compelled to share my experience. I hired Appliance Repair Solution of Atlanta to repair two of my refrigerators. After multiple visits and paying a total amount of $1,550, neither refrigerator is working. I had to spend another $2,000 to buy a new refrigerator. I tried contacting the company to address the issue but there has been no meaningful follow-up or accountability. I would not recommend this company based on my experience. paying that much money should come with competent service and working appliances-not frustration and financial loss.

I cannot say how much I recommend this service! Our service technician was Dmitriy and he went above and beyond to assist us with troubleshooting issues with a washer, three dryers, and a refrigerator. He was professional, knowledgeable, and spent a great amount of time making sure that our appliances were working again. Cannot recommend enough! Wonderful customer service and attention to detail.
