Making an appoint that was asap, and convenient was no problem. Jason arrived at the scheduled time, was friendly, efficient, and told me what he was looking for, and why. He then explained what he felt was wrong with my oven and what possible solutions we had to solve the issue. Less than 6 months ago Jason followed the same procedure with our refrigerator. We will use this company again, when needed.

The scheduling system is great and efficient. I was notified when the technician was on his way. The technician Jason came out and fixed the heating unit on my dryer. He explained everything to me thoroughly. He even found that my venting tubes were blocked so that was also causing a problem. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. My dryer works even better than before! I will definitely use Appliance Repair specialists if I ever have another appliance issue. Money well spent!

My electric range top wouldn’t come on. Of course we panicked since holidays were so near. I was able to book an appointment that evening and asked for the next day for appt.They came out the very next morning. Very professional and friendly. It turned out that our elements had come unplugged. It took only a few minutes to get the stovetop working again. The service charge was exactly as quoted and I was more than happy to pay it for such quick and convenient service. So glad to have found such a great company and I recommend and continue to use their great and affordable services,

From scheduling to technician, both were professional and friendly. Unfortunately my washed is dead but I appreciate that they were able to come out sane day fir a reasonable fee to diagnose my issue.i would use them again if the need arose

The filtered water dispenser in my refrigerator went bad so I called Appliance Repair Specialists. They came out the same day I called, showed up with the right replacement parts for my fridge, and had it fixed in about an hour. For a very fair price. I was very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the repair technician, Jason. I'll definitely call them again if I need any appliance repairs.
