They are prompt and professional. I called and the service technician arrived within two hours which was a pleasant surprise. The technician was professional and efficient. Great work! Highly recommend. I had a five year old top load whirlpool washer that was diagnosed and repaired within two hours. Guaranteed to work like new with the new parts for 3-5 years. He also gave me some good advice to only fill top load washers halfway since the suspension arms will be too heavy if overloaded.
