Sadly, Google found my call to Henderson’s because it has been 4 weeks without my dishwasher. And due to a vacation there will be no repair this week either. They seem competent yet slow. Gave them 4 stars in hopes they see this, want the 5 and find a qualified tech to finish the job early this week. (Parts are available and ship quickly so that’s not the delay.)

I wish I could give zero stars. We have reached out 10-12 times and always get the "let me check my schedule & I will get back to you" line. This has been over a 2 1/2 month period. If your needing an appliance looked at or repaired, I wouldn't waste your time.

Horrible service and communication!! Started Feb 28 when we needed refrigerator repair. They replaced two sets of tubing twice ( thinking the new one was faulty). When that didn’t work, he said he was dumbfounded and would call Whirlpool. Haven't heard a word from them since mid April. They dropped us like a rock. I was patient with them and we still got burned. I would never ever recommend them for anything!!!!!

Kudos to Henderson Appliance for working us in on short notice before the holiday weekend and getting our new washer installed before we got home. This is why we will always support our local independent businesses in the community. Thanks for your prompt and efficient service. Well done!!
