Roger was great. He was easy to contact and to schedule an appointment. He thoroughly checked my ice maker -- twice to determine whether it could be repaired. He was also very helpful with recommendations for replacements -- what brands/types to avoid so I wouldn't need to call him again. I definitely will use him again if (when) I need an appliance repaired.

Roger did an excellent job repairing a refrigerator for us. It was a holiday week and he worked with me and we got the part on an expedited basis and he did the work. Very professional and we will keep his contact information. Highly recommended

Mr. Roger S. at Appliance Service Center has been most professional. He returns calls or texts, he sets his arrival time and if running late he calls to let us know. He’s respectful of our home, makes sure not to damage the work area, cleans up and does not hesitate to call manufacturers tech team to resolve further issues if needed. We highly recommend and appreciate their service.

Applicance Service Center is the best appliance repair service I have ever had. Their technician, Roger, got back to me right away and made time for my call really fast. He was thorough on a difficult case of an ice maker that was super slow, and then later when the whole freezer went out, he did the necessary research to pinpoint the most probable cause and then did an estimate in writing with a diagnosis and the repairs needed and the cost. He explains everything, is pleasant to deal with, responsive, and really cares about his customers.
