First, the call-answerers were terrific. They already knew and added so much to my knowledge of my dishwasher. Second, the repair guy Scott was great and helped narrate my very modern dishwasher to me. Turns out I just did not understand various details of its construction, its real durability, and its complexity. I am zero on the mechanical items score. He narrated everything to me with kindness and intelligence.

The technician, Scott explained the issues and let me know how much then repairs would be. He let us know that the machine is nearing the end of its life expectancy so we could make an informed decision about repair versus replacement.

Scott and Mitchell were communicative and methodical in analyzing our 17 year old Gaggenau double oven electrical problem and were quite helpful in suggesting ways to obtain no-longer-manufactured OEM parts. Once I found the parts, they got our ovens working again saving us having to buy new.

Appliance Service Station has repaired Bosch dishwashers for me. From the initial contact with the service office to the diagnosis and repair, they have efficiently taken care of my needs. I highly recommend them.

A damper in my island vent came loose and was rattling. The service call was unsuccessful as the two people sent could not figure out it was a simple pin that had come loose. After they left I looked at it and had it fixed in five minutes. I was charged $198 for the service call.
